This delivery policy governs the delivery of any item/s purchased through D’ Caribbean Shop website. This delivery policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the D’ Caribbean Shop website.

This delivery policy governs the delivery of any item/s purchased through D’ Caribbean Shop website. This delivery policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the D’ Caribbean Shop website.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item/s is not in stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full REFUND of the total amount of your order to be used for future purchases on the website. for the total amount of the order which will be valid for 6 months upon receipt.
This delivery policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this delivery policy will be in effect at the time of your purchase and will govern your purchase.

Item/s purchased on the D’ Caribbean Shop website will be processed and delivered via Caribbean Airlines Jetpak within 2-7 business days after payment is processed and confirmed out for delivery via email, depending on your location. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Delivery charge excludes VAT and will be included on checkout.
We aim to deliver within the communicated time frame however, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.
Item/s purchased via the website will require a signature upon successful delivery.
The estimated delivery time for each shipping location is as follows:

  • Densely populated areas – 2 to 4 working days
  • Remote areas – 4 to 7 working days
  • Tobago – 4 to 7 working days

We ship products to customers throughout Trinidad and Tobago ONLY via Caribbean Airlines Jetpak courier services. We also accept orders from international customers who are delivering to addresses within Trinidad and Tobago.

At D’ Caribbean Shop, we strive to offer fast and reliable delivery to our customers. However, due to logistical challenges and legal restrictions, we are unable to offer delivery to certain areas. Please note that we do not deliver to the following areas:

  • Outside of Trinidad & Tobago
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Non-Delivery Areas within Trinidad & Tobago

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are located in one of the non-delivery areas, we recommend collecting your items at our pickup centre located at Caribbean Airlines Head Office.
D’ Caribbean Shop may not be able to deliver to some areas as frequently as others.
For customers located in other areas where we do offer delivery, shipping times and costs will vary depending on the shipping location. You can view the available shipping options and associated costs at checkout.

The tracking of packages is not currently available on the D’ Caribbean Shop website.
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive the following emails:

  • Order is being processed/scheduled for delivery.
  • Order is out for delivery.
  • Order is delivered.

Delivery costs are based on the size and weight of the item/s chosen. To calculate how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the item/s you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout page, delivery charges will be calculated into the two categories:

  • Standard delivery (1-5 items) TT$35.00.
  • Oversized delivery (6 items and over) TT$60.00.
  • Purchases valued over TT$1,000 are eligible for free delivery.

In the event that a package is lost or go missing while in transit, please contact the D’ Caribbean Shop via the Contact Us page If the item/s is deemed lost after our investigations have been completed, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund of your order.

 

Item/s bought from the D’ Caribbean Shop website may be returned due to damages or manufacturer’s defect within 7 days of the delivery date for a replacement or a  refund of the total amount of your order which will be valid for 30 days. Please refer to the “Returns and Refunds” policy for full details.

 

We will send you a confirmation email once your package has been delivered. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact us using the information provided on our Contact Us page.

 

Jetpak will make three attempts to deliver your package to you. If after 2 attempts Jetpak is unable to deliver your package to you, your purchase will be returned to D’ Caribbean Shop who will reach out to you to collect your package at Caribbean Airlines Head Office. If your package is not collected within 30 days of D’ Caribbean Shop reaching out to you, your purchase will be returned to stock, and you will be eligible to receive a refund valued at 90% of your purchase as D’ Caribbean Shop will deduct a 10% restocking fee to your purchase. Delivery fees incurred are non-refundable. This refund is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If after 6 months you have not applied for your refund, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Online purchases can be made via Visa and MasterCard.

All D’ Caribbean Shop prices are exclusive of 12.5% VAT and will be applied upon checkout.
Orders where you request a cancellation/return of order after deliveries are scheduled and/or sent out for delivery due to “Buyer’s Remorse” will be subject to restocking fees (10%). Delivery charges will not be refunded in this situation.
