Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I update my billing/delivery address or other account information?
    You will receive an email stating that your order is received and processed. Another email will be sent when your order is out for delivery.

  2. Why is my order not appearing in the order history?
    To review past orders, you will need to log in to Caribbean Shop website. Once logged in, you can access your order history by clicking the orders page. If you do not see your order, it is possible your order was not processed. Please check your credit card statement to make sure you were not charged or contact us at caribbeanshop@caribean-airlines.com

  3. How long will my order take to ship?
    Orders for products that are in stock are usually delivered within 4 business days after payment is processed and confirmed.

  4. Where can I find an invoice for my order?
    Your invoice will be saved in your Caribbean Shop profile on the website as well as emailed to you after completing the checkout of the item/s purchased.

  5. Can I place an order without registering online with Caribbean Shop?
    Yes, you can shop and complete an order as a guest. Your email address will be needed to forward your invoice to you as well as for after-sales services if required.

  6. Can you place orders beyond the stock levels available on the website?
    Please contact Caribbean Airlines Shop via caribbeanshop@caribean-airlines.com  if you have a need for quantities greater than the available inventory. Please include details about your request and we will be happy to help you with your order.

  7. What are the payment methods?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal as forms of payment.

  8. VAT
    All Caribbean Shop prices are exclusive of 12.5% VAT and will be applied upon checkout.

 

  1. Where do you deliver?

Currently, we only deliver within the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.

  1. Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

No. Each order will be linked to one delivery address at checkout and item/s purchased will be sent to this location once processed.

  1. Delivery Costs 

Delivery is priced at $30 for standard delivery of 1 to 5 items and $60 for oversized delivery of 6 items and more. Please check the Delivery Policy for more information.

  1. How do I return products that have defects to the Caribbean Shop?

You may return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of your order. Item/s that appear to be defective when received can be dropped off at our Head Office at Iere House, Golden Grove Road, Piarco Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am to 3 pm to be assessed by authorized personnel. Once the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory, the customer will be given a replacement item.

  1. Can I earn Caribbean Miles from purchases on the website?

Purchases made from the Caribbean Shop are not eligible for Caribbean Miles. However, purchases made with the RBC/Caribbean Airlines VISA credit card will allow you to earn miles when the card is used.

  1. How frequently do you update your product selection?

The Caribbean Shop shows in-stock inventory only. Stock is updated daily except for weekends and public holidays which eliminates backorder issues for our customers.
