The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with D’ Caribbean Shop, hereinafter referred to as “D’ Caribbean Shop”, “us” or “we”.

By using D’ Caribbean Shop website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Only persons 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship and, are not acting in a capacity of a company, with a delivery address in Trinidad and Tobago can place an order.

The inclusion of any products or services on the D’ Caribbean Shop website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on the website at the time you place your order.

The prices displayed on the D’ Caribbean Shop website exclude the statutory Value Added Tax (12.5%) and will be applied to the total price of products selected for purchase inclusive of delivery charge.

Delivery costs are based on the number of the item/s chosen. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. We offer three categories of delivery charges:

  • Free Pick-Up at Jetpak Piarco Office located at Iere House, GoldenGrove Road, Piarco from 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
  • Standard delivery (1-5 items) TT$30.00.
  • Oversized delivery (6 items and over) TT$60.00
  • Purchases valued over TT$1,000 are eligible for free delivery

 

 

 

 

Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will provide a credit voucher via email to refund the applicable amount. See our “Return & Refund Policy”

 

D’ Caribbean Shop will strive to deliver your order to an address within Trinidad and Tobago in accordance with your selected delivery option. We aim to deliver within 2-7 business days after payment is processed and confirmed “out for delivery” via email. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Delivery charge excludes VAT and will be included on checkout.

We aim to deliver within the communicated time frame however, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact at caribbeanshop@caribbean-airlines.com. You will find the full Delivery Policy on our website.

Items purchased on the website cannot be cancelled once your order has been confirmed by D’ Caribbean Shop via email.  Returns can be facilitated from the date you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items only if an item is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect upon collection. If the item is out of stock and/or damaged and the customer does not want a replacement item, a credit voucher will be processed and issued for the total amount of the order which will be valid for 6 months upon receipt. You can pay for your order on the D’Caribbean Shop website via Visa and MasterCard credit cards and PayPal. All D’ Caribbean Shop prices shown are exclusive of 12.5% VAT and will be applied upon checkout.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on https://dshop.caribbean-airlines.com/ shall be limited to the total price of your order.

If you have a problem with a product that you have purchased from our website and were not able to settle the complaint with D’ Caribbean Shop, then you can submit your complaint to the Consumer Affairs Division (CAD) of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

D’ Caribbean Shop is not responsible for indirect losses for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

An item’s measurements given on D’ Caribbean Shop website are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults, D’ Caribbean Shop will guarantee the replacement of the item with a new version of the item returned. See our Return Refund Policy here
